Our vineyards cover about 2/3 of this Appellation, characterised by steep slopes and hillsides high limestone content.
The terrain is brittle and rich in rocks and The old-vines producing this Tête de Cuvée wine are the middle of the slopes.
On fine lees, in tanks and partly in barrel.
A powerful wine, with pale gold expression. This chiseled wine has high aging potential.
Food and wine This wine goes particularly well with slightly spicy fine fish dish, like saffron monkfish, but also plays nice with meat like grilled duck with green pepper, or with French cheeses like Comté and Beaufort.
With its high aging potential you can keep it for many years in your cellar. Then you will be able to enjoy some more complex aromas. To be served at 12°C.
